In 2013, Julian DeJesus saw a massive flaw in how Winnipeg was handling its aging infrastructure. Homeowners were being forced to dig up their pristine yards, driveways, and basements for sewer repairs that could—and should—be handled with more precision.
Julian decided to change the game. He was the first to bring CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining technology to Winnipeg, pioneering a "no-dig" revolution when most plumbers were still reaching for a backhoe.
The Evolution of a Master
For over a decade, Julian didn't just install liners; he mastered the chemistry, the physics, and the specific challenges of Winnipeg’s shifting clay soil. While other companies eventually followed his lead, they adopted "franchise-grade" systems designed for high-volume sales.
Julian took a different path. He sought Master-Level Precision.
His expertise led him to a direct partnership with Cameron Manners, the legendary inventor of the very technology the "big guys" are still trying to figure out. Together, they launched Internal Pipe Technologies (IPT) Canada, bringing the only fully code-compliant, Gen-3 lining system to the country.
